When an academic institution subscribes to BioWizard Conference Abstracts, all members of the institution have access to BioWizard’s extensive functionality.

When users search the Conference Abstracts database results will also simultaneously be returned for PubMed in a separate tab saving valuable research time.

The cost of an academic institutional subscription depends on the number of full time equivalents at your institution. The full time equivalents are based on the number of life sciences students, researchers and faculty.
- Access is by validated institutional email addresses
- All user email address must be revalidated each time the institutional account is renewed, usually once per year.
- Each user has their own login allowing users to customize their own preferences.
- There is no limit on the number of concurrent users.
- There is no limit on usage.
- Users can access the BioWizard Conference Abstract database service from any location.
- Cancellation of the Institutional subscription account only stops access to the Conference Abstract database. Users can still continue to use all other features.

[abstract on PubMed] links, which allows the user to link through to the publisher's full text (if your institution subscribes to that journal) via the PubMed abstract.
